Mingle

Terms & Conditions

Effective June 28, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Mingle, an app for discovering local events, joining communities, and connecting with people near you. By creating an account or using Mingle, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Mingle. By using the service, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate and current.

Your Account

You are responsible for keeping your account secure, including your password and any device you stay signed in on. You are responsible for the activity that happens under your account. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

Acceptable Use

To keep Mingle safe and welcoming, you agree not to:

Your Content

You retain ownership of the content you create — your profile, events, community posts, and messages. By posting content, you grant Mingle a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, display, and distribute that content as needed to operate and improve the service.

You are responsible for the content you post and confirm you have the right to share it. We may remove content that violates these Terms or our community standards.

Events and Communities

Mingle helps you find and organize events, but we do not run them. Hosts are responsible for their own events, including accuracy, safety, and any commitments they make to attendees. RSVPs are a convenience and do not guarantee admission or availability.

Some event information is gathered from public sources and may be incomplete or out of date. Always confirm details with the host before attending.

Meeting in Person

Mingle connects you with other people and real-world events. You are solely responsible for your interactions with others. Use good judgment, meet in public when appropriate, and take normal safety precautions. Mingle is not responsible for the conduct of any user or the outcome of any event or meeting.

Messaging

Mingle includes direct messages and event threads. Do not use messaging to harass, spam, or send unlawful content. We may access or review messages where necessary to investigate reports, enforce these Terms, or comply with the law.

Moderation and Enforcement

You can block users and report content or behavior that violates these Terms. We may review reports and, at our discretion, remove content, restrict features, or suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or harm the community.

Intellectual Property

Mingle and its design, features, logos, and software are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to use our branding without permission.

Disclaimers

Mingle is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that event information will be accurate or complete.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mingle and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of the service, your interactions with other users, or your attendance at any event.

Termination

You may stop using Mingle and delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the service. Some provisions, by their nature, survive termination.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app. Your continued use of Mingle after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
